Is your document less than perfect? We can help!

DocRaptor has fantastic support for modern HTML and CSS, but it’s easy to run into issues when you’re creating PDFs instead of web pages. Maybe you’re having a problem with a generated table of contents, setting the correct page size, or getting a troublesome table to align correctly. Our help center has the answers to those questions and more! If you can’t find the answer there, please submit a Help Request on your document so we can access your content and help debug your document.

To submit a Help Request, log into your document log. If you’re using our YOUR_API_KEY_HERE public key, you will need to create an account in order to create a Help Request. Without an account, it’s extremely difficult for us to figure out which document you’re having problems with.

To see a detailed explanation of your request, click “Details”. This will show you the exact steps DocRaptor took while attempting to convert your document, and any problems that occurred. A lot of the time, this will be enough for you to figure out what went wrong, and make a correction on your end.

However, if you still need help, you can select “Request Help”. This option is only available if the document was created within the last four hours by default, but you can increase your document storage limit.

Please leave a detailed comment about any problems you’re having with the document. The more detail you provide, the easier it’ll be for us to help solve the problem.

Submitting a Help Request will send a copy of your input HTML, output document, and document generation log to our support team. This will also send an email to our support inbox, and we’ll be able to start helping out within seconds.

Our dedicated support team is happy to help with any issue you’re having, from implementation problems to final styling tweaks. Let’s make documents!
